“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light” (Matthew 11:28-30 NIV).

The power of preeminence belongs to Me and Me only. Know and realize My closeness, My nearness. Do an about face and focus on Me. Do not look to the right or the left, least you get swallowed up by the sea. You can not add one hair to your head by worrying. Entertaining anxious thoughts robs your peace (Philippians 4:6).

Hand over all your consuming thoughts. I am here to make an exchange with you. I exchange your darkness for My light. Do this and the heaviness will lift, for My yoke is easy and My burden is light (Matthew 11:30). Cover yourself with the garment of praise and a thankful spirit (Isaiah 61:3). I destroy the darkness for I am Light (John 8:12). I am life and life more abundant for you this very moment (John 10:10). Today is a new day for you. Embrace it.
