Freedom In Christ And Yokes Of Slavery

My beloved friend, full of grace and truth, do not move from a place of relationship and communion based on love back to any aspect of religion and law. Do not be deceived into performing in order to receive approval or love. Love is not earned. It was given once and for all through My sacrifice and that will never change. Love continues to give and give and give without expectation of repayment.

Taking Thoughts Captive And The Power Of Forgiveness

In light of the above Scriptures, we must not be conformed to this world or our own negative thoughts. Negative thoughts give way to negative actions. I am not discounting the fact that we all commit acts of sin. It is what we do in reference to His forgiveness when we sin that matters. Do we confess, repent and go on or do we confess, repent and hold on, only to hold ourselves or others in continual guilt and shame over something the Lord has already forgiven us or them for?

Beloved, often it is easier to forgive others than it is to forgive ourselves. Therefore, we must practice His principles of forgiveness regardless of who is involved; our selves or others. This enables us to take our thoughts captive in a more effective manner.

Water Walker

At first glance one might automatically say, “Oh, this is just the story of when Peter walked on water with Jesus.” However, if we but take a much closer look we see there is so much more that God is saying here. First Jesus sends his disciples out on the boat while he dismisses the others. Now I believe Jesus wanted some quite time with his father. It was something He was fond of doing on a regular basis…something we could learn from. This is how He could say and do only what He heard and saw Him doing.

Christ In You, The Ever-Present, Unchanging & Overcoming God, Part One

Be not afraid or concerned, for regardless of whether you feel or experience My Presence I am still abiding in You. I do not come and make My home in the ones I love only to leave or forsake them and this includes you. All of My sons feel disconnected or afraid some time or another. When this happens, it is important to renew your mind in me…to take your thoughts captive to My Word and to listen for the whispers of My heart to you. In doing this the enemy…the father of all lies will flee as My Word takes root to spring upward in you.

Walking With Jesus, The Good Shepherd

I will wipe away all guilt, doubt and stains of the past making you as clean and fresh as a white sheet blowing in soft breezes of a spring day. All your resentment, guilt and anger are wiped away. Forgive and it is forgiven. Do this even if you see no difference right away in the one you have forgiven. I did it before I ever saw any change in you. I loved you first. And you changed (Proverbs 22:11), didn’t you? Be the first to love. Be like Me

Abide In Me And I Will Abide In You

I am the True Vine and My Father is the Vinedresser” (John 15:1 Amplified) Dwell in Me and I will dwell in you, Live in Me and I will live in you. Just as no branch can bear fruit of itself without being vitally united to the vine, neither can you bear fruit unless you abide in Me (John 15:4 Amplified)

Will You Wait On The Lord

Sometimes I am in places within you, working—working diligently before you ever come to recognize My presence. However, this is about to change. As you become more surrendered to My will you’ll be more aware of My ways. This is a progression that will always be in effect all the days of your life as you move from glory to glory. Anticipate the days to come, for you will experience My presence healing all wrong…
